Hook Mt / Piermont Pier and Rockland Lake
A hike up to Hook Mountain in the fall or spring will bring you to a
great hawk watch. The areas of Piermont Pier and Rockland Lake are great places for migrants and wintering ducks. Look for Broad-winged Hawks the
third weekends in April and September.
